Rooms were spacious and we loved the little touches like cakes on our arrival and the gifts on our bed. The hotel really makes you switch off while you are there.

The staff are amazing. So happily helpful, kind, knowledgeable and love their jobs. The property is stunning. Every detail is more than expected. Excellent food, convenient to the gondola, the room is clean and very comfortable, the bathroom is incredible! Even the toilet is amazing!
